How do I add a payee to my favourite payee list?

You can add a payee to your favourite payee list with our mobile app. Tap 'Payments' on the bottom of the home screen and use one of the following options:

 

Favourite payees list

• Tap 'Add' on the 'Favourite payees' carousel
• Select one or multiple payees from your payee list to be added as a favourite payee
• Tap ‘Add to favourites’ to add the payee(s)

You'll be returned to the Payments home page and the payee(s) will be shown in the ‘Favourite payees’ list.

 

Send money (Make a payment)

• Tap 'Send money'
• Select ‘Make a payment’ and scroll to the payee on your A to Z payees list
• Tap the three dots next to the payee you want to add to your ‘Favourite payee’ list
• Select the star on ‘Add to favourites’ by tapping on it
• Close the pop-up window

The payee will be shown on your ‘Favourite payees’ list.

 

Payment setting (Manage payees)

• Tap ‘Payment settings’
• Select ‘Manage payees’ and choose the payee on your A to Z payees list
• Select the star on ‘Add to favourites’ by tapping on it
• Tap the back arrow at the top left of your screen

You'll be returned to the ‘Manage payees’ screen. The payee will be shown on your ‘Favourite payees’ list.
