How do I get the mobile banking app?

Once you are registered for online banking you will be able to download and register for the mobile banking app.

Our mobile app is available to Isle of Man Bank personal and business customers aged 11 or over who have an Isle of Man, UK or international mobile number from one of the countries listed below:

Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE or United States.

The mobile app is available on compatible iOS and Android devices via the App or Play store.

Follow the instructions below to register and activate:

  • Go to the App or Play store on your mobile phone.
  • Search for Isle of Man Bank.
  • Download the app. Once you have downloaded the app you will be prompted to select "I'm already a customer", then "Get Started".
  • Please accept our Terms and Conditions.
  • Enter your Customer Number, followed by your partial PIN and Password.
  • Confirm your partially displayed mobile phone number.
  • We will then send you an activation code by text message to the mobile phone number you confirmed. You may need to leave the app to view the text message with the activation code.
  • Enter the activation code.
  • You will then be asked to create a passcode which you'll need to log into the mobile app.
  • You're ready to start using the mobile banking app.

Regretfully we have had to remove the ability to download our app from India.  If you have already downloaded the app, this will not impact you from using it.  You can still continue to register and use Online Banking from India. We are working hard to resolve this issue.
