Changes to Isle of Man Bank mortgage provider

Isle of Man Bank and NatWest International are both trading names of RBS International Limited, part of NatWest Group plc.

What has changed?

On 21 June 2023, we changed mortgage provider from Isle of Man Bank to NatWest International.

We made this change as NatWest International is investing in a new system that will allow customers to complete, submit and track their mortgage application progress online.

We hope this change will make things easier and faster for our customers and reduce paper waste.

What does this mean for me?

The interest rate and terms of existing Isle of Man Bank mortgages won’t be affected. You can continue to see our Mortgage Specialists and, if you use the Isle of Man Bank mobile app, you’ll be able to view your mortgage as usual.

When it's time to renew your mortgage, you’ll be able to access the same range of mortgage products with NatWest International as you could with Isle of Man Bank.

From 21 June 2023, when we contact customers about mortgages, the communications will come from NatWest International.
