Following the Government announcement that the circuit-break lockdown, will end on Monday 1st February, we can confirm that from this day, our Regent Street branch will re-open and our mobile branch Penny will return to the road. To view the mobile branch timetable, please visit iombank.com/penny.
All other branches will return to normal, with social distancing measures removed in line with guidance, and face coverings no longer a mandatory requirement.
In recent years more of our customers have opted to bank with us using our Mobile app, Online Banking and Telephone banking services.
Customers now visit our branches less often and, in some cases, never at all. We’re committed to keeping branches as part of our service offering but it’s now necessary to reduce our branch network for commercial reasons.
