Meet Penny

Penny, our mobile branch is on the island’s roads and helping our customers with the following:

  • To provide guidance and support on how to register for and use digital banking options (online and mobile banking);
  • To support our customers as we move to our reduced branch footprint;
  • To help our vulnerable customers with their banking needs;
  • To support personal customers with their day to day banking  where this is not able to be done via digital banking, or for customers who do not have access to one of these channels.
