Our services

Here you can see whether our range of services are running as we expect, if we're aware of any issues or if we're planning a period of maintenance soon.

Planned upgrades

In order to keep our systems up to date we sometimes need to carry out essential maintenance.

So we don't cause you too much disruption, we aim to do this in the early hours of the morning.

When we have essential maintenance planned outside these times, we will provide an update below and give you the specific times and services affected.

Service update

To ensure that we continue to provide you with a reliable service we will be carrying out essential maintenance to our cash machines for approximately 7.5 hours between 00:30am and 08:00am on Tuesday 21st January 2025.

Between 00:30 - 05:15, there will be no service and from 05:15 to 08:00, service interruption may be possible which means:

• Access to cash and all other services will be unavailable at Isle of Man Bank ATMs.

• Isle of Man Bank debit cardholders will not be able to access cash and other services at the ATMs of other financial institutions.

• NatWest credit cardholders will be able to access cash and other services from the ATMs of other financial institutions.

• ‘Get Cash’ facilities cannot be used during this time.
