Although there's a lot you can do yourself through online banking or our mobile app, sometimes you just need to speak to us! If you can't make it to a branch, you can contact us by phone or through an online webchat.
You can speak to us or book an appointment to discuss applying for accounts or services.
Branches are open Monday to Tuesday 9:30am - 4:30pm, Wednesday 10am - 4:30pm and Thursday to Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm (except public holidays). Calls may be recorded.

You can also send messages to an agent through our mobile app. An agent will respond to your query within 2 working hours. You will receive an SMS notification when your response is available, which you can view within the 'Message Us' section of the Isle of Man Bank app.
