Although there's a lot you can do yourself through online banking or our mobile app, sometimes you just need to speak to us! If you can't make it to a branch, you can contact us by phone or through an online webchat.

Our branches are open from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

You can speak to a Customer Service Officer, a TechXpert, or you can book an appointment with a Customer Advisor to discuss applying for new accounts or services.

Lines are open Monday to Tuesday 9am - 5pm, Wednesday 10am - 5pm and Thursday to Friday 9am - 5pm (except public holidays). Calls may be recorded.

Our handy webchat service is available to customers logged into online banking or looking for help on relevant Support Centre pages.

You can also send messages to an agent through our mobile app.

An agent will respond to your query within 2 working hours. You will receive an SMS notification when your response is available, which you can view within the 'Message Us' section of the Isle of Man Bank app.
