You can now sign up for online banking, telephone banking and our Mobile app, all in one go!

    Download the Isle of Man Bank mobile app.

    Follow the on-screen instructions.

  3. 03

    Enter your Customer Number.

    This is the ten digit number beginning with your date of birth that you use to log into online banking.

    If you don't use online banking or you don't know your Customer Number, tap 'What's my Customer Number?' and follow the on-screen prompts to register for online banking.

    You can now register for all three services!

Use the app to send us a message at any time - we'll get back to you within 1 hour (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm). We'll also send you an SMS to let you know that we've responded.
