What is Video Banking?
We all have busy lives, and balancing this with your financial needs can be difficult, so we want to make it as convenient as possible. Video Banking is an easy and secure way to chat to us face-to-face wherever you are for up to 60 minutes.
We use Zoom to provide safe and secure video calls. All calls have a unique meeting ID and we will verify the identity of existing customers before discussing their bank accounts.
What can I use it for?
You can use Video Banking to talk to us about your finances and help you focus on your financial goals and needs. It could be for milestones like planning a wedding, getting a new car, or taking out a mortgage.
We also offer a digital drop-in where you can discuss our mobile and online banking services. We can help you register for these services and chat about how to get the most from our app or banking online.
How to book an appointment?
To book a Video Banking appointment, please visit your local branch and arrange a convenient time to speak to an advisor. Our Video Banking service is available Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm.
When you book an appointment, we'll ask for your name, phone number, postcode and email address. These details help us identify you and are deleted after your appointment ends.
