Where can I check that my mobile phone number is correct?
For your security, your mobile phone number is masked in online banking. If you’re not sure we have the correct number, you can easily update it through online banking.
To check your mobile phone number:
- Log in to online banking at www.onlinebanking.iombank.com/login (opens in a new window).
- Choose 'Your details' from the main menu.
- Your mobile number will be displayed under 'Manage your personal details'.
To update your mobile number:
You'll need a card-reader to complete the update.
- Go to 'Manage your personal details'.
- Click on your mobile number to open the 'Change mobile number' section.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
