I have not received a debit card, what should I do?

If you are expecting a new debit card it should normally arrive within 5 working days. However, if your debit card has not arrived please call our telephone banking service.

Please ensure you have allowed 5 working days for delivery.

Please note: The card reveal feature within the mobile app will provide you with your full debit card details, allowing you to continue transacting online while you wait for your card to arrive in the post.
