If I provide my email address will you send me marketing information as well?
From time to time, we’ll send you marketing emails. If you don’t want them, you can opt out at anytime.
To view or change your marketing preferences:
- Log into Online banking
- Select 'Your details' in the main menu
- Select 'Set your marketing preferences'
It's best to keep your card reader handy as we may ask you to use it when logging into Online banking.
We will use your email address to send you mandatory information, such as:
- changes to the Online banking service.
- alerts about when you can view your statement online.
- pre-advice of interest and charge.
