How do I change the order of my favourite payees?

You can change the order of your favourite payees with our mobile app. Tap 'Payments' on the bottom of the home screen and use one of the following options:

 

Send money (Make a payment)

• Tap 'Send money'
• Choose 'Make a payment' and scroll to the payee on your 'Favourite payees' list
• Tap and hold the favourite payee you want to move
• Drag and drop the payee on the list to reorder

 

Payment setting (Manage payees)

• You need to tap ‘Payment settings’ then ‘Manage payees’
• Scroll to the payee on your 'Favourite payee' list
• Tap and hold the favourite payee you want to move
• Drag and drop the payee on the list to reorder
