Changes to Isle of Man Bank mortgage provider
What is changing?
From 21 June 2023, we’re changing mortgage provider from Isle of Man Bank to NatWest International.
Why are we making this change?
NatWest International is investing in a new mortgage system that will offer a better experience for our customers.
At NatWest International, new customers, customers wishing to borrow more and customers looking to move their mortgage from another provider can complete, submit and track their application progress online.
We hope this change will make things easier and faster for our customers and reduce paper waste.
Isle of Man Bank and NatWest International are both trading names of RBS International Limited, part of NatWest Group plc.
What does this mean for me?
The interest rate and terms of existing Isle of Man Bank mortgages won’t be affected. You can continue to see our Mortgage Arrangers and, if you use the Isle of Man Bank mobile app, you’ll be able to view your mortgage as usual.
When it's time to renew your mortgage, you’ll be able to access the same range of mortgage products with NatWest International as you could with Isle of Man Bank.
From 21 June 2023, when we contact customers about mortgages, the communications will come from NatWest International.
What do I need to do?
You don’t need to do anything however, from 21 June 2023, all correspondence about mortgages with us will come from NatWest International.
If you have any questions about this change, please call us on 01624 632400 or speak to your usual point of contact.
