Get help in an emergency

Book a branch or video appointment

Book a video banking or branch appointment with one of our team for the following services:

  • A Financial Health Check
  • Open a current account or savings account
  • Discuss lending options
  • Digital drop-in session
  • A general enquiry about your account

Once you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll phone you within 24 hours to confirm the details and check whether you’d like to use the video banking or in person option.

Video Banking is available during branch opening hours subject to staff availability. Internet connection and video capable device required. Video Banking calls may be recorded.
