Further to the government announcement that the circuit-break lockdown will end on Monday 19 April, we can confirm that from this day, our Regent Street self-serve branch will reopen and our mobile branch Penny will return to the road.
All other branch services will return to normal, social distancing measures will be removed in line with government guidance, and face coverings will no longer be a mandatory requirement when visiting us.
In recent years more of our customers have opted to bank with us using our Mobile app, Online Banking and Telephone banking services.
Customers now visit our branches less often and, in some cases, never at all. We’re committed to keeping branches as part of our service offering but it’s now necessary to reduce our branch network for commercial reasons.
