What can I do in the app?

Profiles

View all your eligible accounts in the same app

If you register for online banking for your business accounts, they will appear alongside any personal Isle of Man Bank accounts you have on online banking and also in our mobile app. If you are not a personal customer, you will just see your business accounts. If you have more than one business, you will need to create separate profiles in the app.

Our mobile app can use your phone's GPS location to identify the closest cash machine to you. We will also tell you where your nearest cash machine is when you generate a Get Cash code.

Register and get started

If you are already registered for online banking then all you need to do is:

    Download the Isle of Man Bank mobile app.

    Apple App Store

    Google Play

  2. 02

    Follow the on-screen instructions.

  3. 03

    Enter your Customer Number.

    This is the ten digit number beginning with your date of birth that you use to log into online banking.

    If you don't know your Customer Number, tap

    'What's my Customer Number?

    and follow the on-screen prompts to register for online banking.

    To register for online banking, get in touch with your Relationship Manager.
