Instant Access Deposits

As well as having instant access to your funds, you can also use the account for the following services:

• Make Sterling and international payments with eQ online banking
• Settlement of our US dollar or Euro charge cards
• Receipt of sterling and international payments
• Foreign exchange transactions

Fixed Term Deposits

You cannot add money to a Fixed Term Deposit after the Start Date.

A deposit certificate will be sent to you within 14 working days confirming the details of your deposit.

On the Maturity Date, your deposit and any interest earned will be paid into your Cash Management account.

After the Maturity Date, if you no longer need the Fixed Term Deposit linked to your Cash Management account, please advise us in writing.

We may need you to provide proof of identity, residential address or a bit more information from you to validate your income.

• Confirmation of identity
• Proof of your residential address

We'll ask you for...

• Your personal details (name, date of birth etc.)
• The source of your funds & wealth 

There is an account maintenance charge of £120 per account, per annum (equates to £10 per account, per month).

This charge may be debited in another currency where the GBP balance is insufficient.

Not on your Fixed Term Deposit(s). Early withdrawals or early closure before the Maturity Date of a Fixed Term Deposit are not permitted, except at the Bank's sole discretion.

Your instant access deposits can be withdrawn at any time.

You can credit your account via:

• transferring money between your accounts
• payment from another bank

For assistance, please contact us.

Most major currencies are available on this account including Sterling, US Dollars and Euros. You can hold up to 25 currencies.

You can make payments from your account if the cleared for funds balance on your account is sufficient.

You can withdraw or transfer money via:

• eQ online banking
• telephone banking
• written instruction

Applicable T&C’s must be signed.
