eQ scheduled downtime

To allow for regular maintenance, eQ will be unavailable between 5pm and 9pm (UK time) on the following days:

  • Saturday, 12 August 2023
  • Saturday, 9 September 2023
  • Saturday, 7 October 2023
  • Saturday, 11 November 2023
  • Saturday, 9 December 2023

There may be occasions where essential maintenance is required that falls outside of the above schedule. Details for downtime not mentioned above will be communicated in advance in the Communications area within eQ.

eQ Terms

These Terms apply to eQ, the online banking service provided by The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited, The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited trading as NatWest International (NatWest International) and Isle of Man Bank Limited (each the Bank). They form part of the eQ Agreement made between the Customer and the Bank.

The eQ Agreement consists of the Customer’s mandate with the Bank (Mandate), the eQ Application Form and these Terms.

These Terms are in addition to the Bank's Non-Personal Terms applicable to the Customer's Accounts which also apply to eQ unless derogated from in these Terms.
