Support for eQ Mobile

eQ Mobile app is available to eQ online banking customers using a compatible Apple iPhone or Android device. Touch ID & Face ID are available on selected Apple devices. Android Fingerprint is available on selected Android devices.

Installing eQ Mobile

  • Ensure your system administrator has enabled eQ Mobile permissions on your profile
  • Search for eQ Mobile in the Apple App Store (for iPhones) or the Google Play Store (Android devices)
  • Install the app on one device only
  • Register your connections using your smartcard & reader

eQ Mobile is only available for Apple iPhones with operating system version 12.4 above and Android devices with operating system version 6 or above.
