Although there is a lot you can do yourself through online banking, ibanking or our mobile app, sometimes you just need to speak to us! If you can't make it to a branch, you can contact us by phone or through an online webchat.
Our branches are open from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
You can speak to a Customer Service Office, a TechXpert, or you can book an appointment with a Customer Advisor to discuss applying for new accounts or services.

To make the most of our Telephone banking you will first need to register for the service. If you are registered for online banking you will automatically be registered for Telephone banking.
Telephone banking is available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm except public holidays. Calls may be recorded.

You can also send messages to an agent through our mobile app. An agent will respond to your query within 2 working hours and you will receive an SMS notification when their response is available within the Isle of Man Bank app.
