Although there is a lot you can do yourself through online banking or our mobile app, sometimes you just need to speak to us! If you can't make it to a branch, you can contact us by phone or through an online webchat.

Branch banking

You can speak to us or book an appointment to discuss applying for accounts or services.

Branches are open Monday to Tuesday 9:30am - 4:30pm, Wednesday 10am - 4:30pm and Thursday to Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm (except public holidays). Calls may be recorded.

Webchat

Our webchat service is available to customers logged into online banking.

You can chat to the webchat team about any of these topics:

  • Your account
  • Online service
  • Mobile app
  • Making a complaint

You can also send messages to an agent through our mobile app. An agent will respond to your query within 2 working hours and you will receive an SMS notification when their response is available within the Isle of Man Bank app.
