App available to customers aged 11+ with compatible iOS and Android devices and an Isle of Man, UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

Online banking

With online banking you can view your accounts, make sterling & international payments, make transfers, pay bills and more without leaving your house.

Online banking available to customers aged 11+ with an Isle of Man Bank account.

Telephone banking

It's easy to use online banking and the mobile app to do most of your banking with us, for anything else call Telephone banking.

Lines are open Monday to Tuesday 9am - 5pm, Wednesday 10am - 5pm and Thursday to Friday 9am - 5pm (except public holidays). Calls may be recorded.

Branch banking

Our branches can process your cash transactions, book a financial health check, talk to a member of the team for help with our digital services and more.

Video banking

Instead of coming into a branch, you can use your phone, tablet or computer to have a video chat with one of our Customer Advisors.

Video banking calls may be recorded and service hours apply. Compatible device required.
