Although there's a lot you can do yourself through online banking, ibanking or our mobile app, sometimes you just need to speak to us! If you can't make it to a branch, you can contact us by phone or through an online webchat.

Our branches are open from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

You can speak to a Customer Service Officer, a TechXpert, or you can book an appointment with a Customer Advisor to discuss applying for new accounts or services.

To make the most of Telephone banking you'll first need to register for the service.

If you're registered for online banking you'll automatically be registered for Telephone banking.

If you require assistance registering for online & Telephone banking, one of our TechXperts can talk you through the steps to get set up either on the phone or in branch. 

Telephone banking is available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm except public holidays. Calls may be recorded.

Telephone banking is a free service, but your phone network operator's standard charges will apply.

Help at your fingertips
Our handy webchat service is available to customers logged into Online Banking or looking for help on relevant Support Centre pages.

You can also send messages to an agent through our mobile app.

An agent will respond to your query within 2 working hours. You will receive an SMS notification when your response is available, which you can view within the 'Message Us' section of the Isle of Man Bank app.
