What's happening?

We are aware that Flybmi have ceased trading and now entered administration. If you have been affected and have paid by Debit card or Credit card we can help you to make a claim through Visa or Mastercard.

When can I make a claim?

  • If you have paid for Flybmi flights via PayPal or booked with a third party you will need to contact them directly.
  • Where you have booked a flight directly with Flybmi, you can contact our Visa or Mastercard disputes line to make a claim.

How do I make a claim?

The quickest way to make a claim is to call the Visa or Mastercard dispute line at your earliest convenience. Please have the following information to hand before you call:

  • Dates and amounts of transactions
  • Flight dates
  • Any extras booked
  • Date of company ceasing to trade, 16th February 2019
  • How many adults/children flying
  • Airports they were flying from/to
