We'd like to make you aware that our planned changes to Isle of Man Bank came into effect on 28 May 2019

Our proposal to move the Isle of Man Bank business from Isle of Man Bank Limited to the Isle of Man branch of The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited was approved by the Isle of Man High Court of Justice on 21 May 2019. The changes came into effect from 28 May 2019.

You can use our mobile banking app for both your business and your personal accounts.

Here's why our mobile banking app might be right for you

Use our mobile banking app to:

  • Create, amend and cancel standing orders and manage Direct Debits
  • Pay up to 500 to a new payee and save the payee without a card reader (Pay Someone New)
  • Personalise your app experience by reordering and renaming your accounts
  • Fingerprint login on your iPhone or Android phone
  • Download and register for the app across different platforms (iPhone, iPad and Android)

You will need to activate some of these features, e.g. creating standing orders and Pay Someone New, when you use them for the first time. The app will send an activation code via a text message to the mobile number we hold on our systems against your online banking customer number. Need to update your mobile number?

An easy log in process

Fingerprint log in - save time and log in with a single touch because you'll never forget your fingerprint.

Use your fingerprint to log in on your iPhone, iPad or Android phone. It's completely secure and there's no need to remember your passcode.


You can use Touch ID to log into your Isle of Man Bank mobile banking app on the following iPhone and iPad devices with iOS8 or above.

  • iPhone 5S, 6, 6 Plus, 7, 7 Plus
  • iPad Air 2, iPad Mini 3, iPad Mini 4, iPad Pro, iPad Pro 9.7


You can use fingerprint to log into your Isle of Man Bank mobile banking app on fingerprint enabled devices running Android Marshmallow and above.

Check your balance

Wondering if that payment or refund has gone back into your account yet? Use the app to check your balance.

View your balances not only for your business account but also for any personal accounts which use the same Customer Number.

Withdraw cash without a card

Forgotten your debit card? No problem – you can still take cash out with your app.

Just open up your app, select ‘Get Cash’ at the bottom of the screen on iPhone or select menu at the top left hand corner on Android and select ‘Get Cash’. You can withdraw up to 130. Select ‘Next’ and we’ll give you a secure code to enter at any Isle of Man Bank, NatWest International, NatWest, Ulster Bank Republic of Ireland or EasyCash or Tesco cash machine (find the nearest one using the 'near me' option in the app).

When at the cash machine, press the 'Enter' key and then follow the on screen prompts to get your cash.

You can use Get Cash up to twice a day (daily limit: 130) but you can only have one cash code at any one time. If the code expires, the funds will re-credit your account within 24 hours.

Got multiple businesses?

You can now manage and add multiple businesses via the one app.

Simply log into your app, go to the Profile menu at the top right hand corner of your screen and select ‘Add business’ – you will then be prompted to enter the Online Banking customer number and requested security details from your Online Banking service for each business you’re adding.
