Changes to our branch opening hours
Colleagues from branches continue to be re-deployed to assist customers requesting critical support with overdrafts, loans and capital repayment breaks which means we do not have the resources to open all our branches every day at the present time. This will be kept under constant review to support our customer’s needs.
We will be reopening more branches from Monday 20 July 2020:
- Peel branch: Monday and Tuesday, 09:30 - 16:30
- Port Erin branch: Wednesday and Thursday, 09:30 - 16:30
In order to help customers requiring urgent support, we regret that we're unable to provide full face to face banking services in these branches until further notice. Peel and Port Erin branches will temporarily provide only counter services.
Unfortunately Penny, our mobile branch, will no longer return to service on Monday 11th January due to the restrictions and will remain temporarily off the road until further notice.
Please continue to use our digital services for your day to day banking needs; we'd ask you to only visit a branch if it is absolutely critical.

We're currently experiencing extremely high call volumes and apologise for any delay in helping with your request.
If you’re impacted financially due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and require financial support within the next 72 hrs, please call us and one of our colleagues will answer your call as soon as possible.
To allow us to focus on customers who need us urgently, please avoid calling the line if financial support is not required in the next 72 hrs.
