Following the Government announcement of a circuit-breaker lockdown, we’d like to update you on what this means for our customers.
In order to allow us to follow the guidelines and to help us protect vulnerable colleagues, we need to make some changes to our branch service.
Please only come in to branch if your visit is absolutely critical and you’re unable to do what you need to do using our telephone, online and mobile app banking services. We are open for essential purposes only.
If you must visit a branch, please adhere to the government’s requirements for two metre social distancing and face masks. Please help keep our colleagues and the island community safe.
In recent years more of our customers have opted to bank with us using our Mobile app, Online Banking and Telephone banking services.
Customers now visit our branches less often and, in some cases, never at all. We’re committed to keeping branches as part of our service offering but it’s now necessary to reduce our branch network for commercial reasons.

Following the announcement of the lockdown on Tuesday 2nd March, this branch will be closed to the public until further notice.

Our branches are still open (with the exception of Regent Street) for essential banking only (for example urgent cash transactions).
