The easy way for friends to send you money

Paym

Now you can use our Mobile Banking app to receive money from your friends - even if they’re customers of other banks. It’s a new
service called Paym, and it lets your friends use their bank’s own mobile banking app to send money to your account, just using
your mobile phone number. It’s available to customers of most of the UK’s leading banks and building societies.

For the first time you can view both your sterling and currency accounts with our iPad app (available on all Apple App Stores). You can also make payments and transfers from your accounts displayed within Online Banking.

To use this app you need to be registered for Online Banking with a personal or business account held in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Gibraltar. All you need to register is your Online Banking customer number and your partial PIN and password.
