Once you've registered for ibanking, we'll send you an activation code by post – it usually arrives within seven days. When you have the activation code, you're ready to start using the service.

Unfortunatley, we cannot send you a reminder of your PIN or password. However, we can send you a new activation code - this allows you to re-activate your access to ibanking and choose a new PIN and password.
First of all, complete the activation process. Then call our helpdesk on +44 (0) 1624 637282 to unlock your card reader. Calls may be recorded.
At this time you will be asked to select a 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) for your smart card. Don't use the same PIN as you use for your ibanking login.
