The Alerts service is available to mobile phones registered with a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man mobile phone provider.

Online Banking - the quickest and easiest way to register
If you're an Online Banking customer, you can register and manage your Alerts online. If you are not registered for Online Banking sign up today.
Over the phone or at your local branch
If you have an eligible sterling current or savings account with NatWest you can update your Alerts at your local branch or via Telephone banking.
If you come into a branch, please bring your debit card with you or some form of photo identification such as a current passport or current photo card driving licence.
We will not charge you for using our Alerts service. However, your network operator may charge you for receiving a text alert from us or for sending a mobile text message to us.
Please remember we will never ask you for your PIN or Password details by text or email.
