At Isle of Man Bank we are passionate about ensuring that you receive great customer service from us at all times and your feedback on the service we provide is of vital importance.
We have recently appointed The Leadership Factor, who specialise in customer research, to help us. You may be contacted by telephone for your feedback on the service we provide.
The Leadership Factor will only ask for your views on our service, not your personal finances or bank details. We would also like to reassure you that all feedback is totally confidential and anonymous, unless you request otherwise.
The measurement scale in this survey ranges from 1-10. If at any point you are not satisfied with the service we provide then please let us know so that we can put things right for you.
